How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free to every address in the lower 48 states. Orders ship within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in about 7–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How warm does it get?

There are 3 heat levels: about 118°F, 127°F and 136°F. Start on the lowest setting and turn it up if you want more warmth.

How long does the battery last?

About an hour per full charge, which is 4–5 sessions of 15 minutes. It charges by USB-C in about 3 hours. A USB-C cable is included; plug it into any USB phone charger or a computer.

Will it fit me?

Yes for most people. It fits either the left or right shoulder, and the adjustable strap plus the included extension strap work for a wide range of body types.

Can I use heat and massage at the same time?

Yes. Use heat on its own, massage on its own, or both together. There are 3 levels of each.

Is it safe?

ShoulderHug turns itself off after 15 minutes. Don't use it while sleeping, and don't use it on broken or numb skin. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have reduced sensitivity to heat, check with your doctor first. It's a comfort and relaxation product, not a medical device.

How do I clean it?

Don't put it in the washing machine. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
