Shipping policy

Shipping

Free shipping on every order. We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We don't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or outside the U.S. at this time.

How long it takes

• Processing: orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery: orders ship from within the U.S. and usually arrive in 4 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and holidays can add a few days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show updates.

Packaging

Your order is shipped by our U.S. fulfillment partner and may arrive in their packaging rather than Kindly Clever-branded packaging.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
